Artworks made with an algorithm which simulate the growth of slime mold. (Physarum polycephalum)
The algorithm is based on 2010 paper by Jeff Jones: Characteristics of pattern formation and evolution in approximations of Physarum transport networks
"At the heart of it all" is a tribute to Coil, Aphex Twin and NIN.
